Privacy

I do not share family images on social media or the internet because I feel that they are your private memories and your personal belongings. I do ask that if you share images you will provide photo credit (@macyannecarmangoeke_photo on instagram).

Please select which of the following things you are comfortable with - you can choose more than one- and know that I am completely understanding of whatever you feel is best for your family. You can choose multiples.

If you share a post, it is okay that I reshare as a temporary (stories) post.

It is okay to temporarily share but you would like me to cover your child or children's faces.

It is okay to use any of your photos in a password protected gallery only visible to potential clients.

Please do not share my images anywhere.

Payment

I accept venmo, zelle, cash, or check. Payment is due by end of day of session unless otherwise negotiated.

Satisfaction

It is important to me that you to end up with photographs that meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied upon receiving your gallery, please reach out to Macy directly to find a solution.

Liability Limits

Although Macy shall take due care to perform photography services pursuant to this Agreement, Photographer’s liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs (including for acts of God, terrorism, accident, illness, equipment failure, or any incident of unpredictable misfortune) shall be limited to Payments made pursuant to this Agreement.

Don't Be Nervous!

We all look our best when we are comfortable and happy. Pick clothes that you are comfortable in and don't worry about being matchy-matchy- but I do recommend staying away from loud patterns or heavy contrast.

Babies and kids have big feelings and it is likely we will experience a wide gamut over our time together- don't worry- it happens and we will still get great pictures. They are so sensitive to your emotions, so take a breath and be ready to have some fun. It is not a bad idea to bring a snack, a special toy tucked away in a bag, a favorite song downloaded, bribes at the ready and your tickle fingers ready to go.
